Hi It is Katie and i am moving and have the big sale and you just bought a bundle of jewelry. I am literally in tears, i have looked in my jewelry boxes where they all are at and i have a system a place for necklaces and chains in jewelry box laid out, earrings, brooches, watches all have their own spot. i cannot find the grey set! they only let u do 500 letters. anyway i apologize and i would like to resolve it. if i find it i will mail it to you at any date. if you dont mind pick up to $20 item or items. if they are not marked down yet like them i will mark down asap. then you can pick. please. look around and try and find i dont care if its 2 $10 items up to $20 i want to make it up to you. i will send it in its place and mail the set if i do find it anyway too.

If you do I'll just pack them with your stuff and what I'll do is whatever you pick I'm going to delete it so nobody else can buy it and you have my word and it will show up in your package whatever you pick. You can choose from anything that's $20 a $20 item or two $10 items or a 7 and a 13. then let me know like it and say this is the one and a message is that cool?
