vinzo23 Poshmark just got back to me. They said for you to contact them as soon as you receive the package. I tracked it and it says you should be receiving it today. Poshmark also said to be rest assured that they already have a process in place to remedy the situation. They just requested you contact them as soon as you receive the package. Thank you.

vinzo23 @realbill18 Poshmark emailed you a new packaging/shipping slip. Just put that on the box with the shoes inside and mail it. The packing slip will tell them where to ship the shoes. You won’t have to pay for shipping. It’s paid for already. Ok?

vinzo23 You have to print up the shipping slip that Poshmark emailed you. Then put it on the box with the shoes inside. You can use the same box I shipped the shoes to you in if you want. The other buyer is going to do the same thing and send you the shoes you ordered that he got instead. Pretty much both of you will be shipping each other the correct shoes you ordered. I’m sorry if there is any inconvenience.

vinzo23 @realbill18 OK I think I know what the problem is. at the bottom of the emails that you’re getting from Poshmark there is a file that you need to click on that opens up the packing shipping label then that’s when you have to print it out
