designercrime @pattymelted229 Hey, I received the wrong order like you said. I took it down to the post office earlier today, but they told me the cheapest return shipping is $7.20 which is quite steep. I figured that even if you covered the cost you’d be spending more money than you’d make from selling the shirt. Mixing up orders sucks, I know, it’s happened to me before but returning the item just isn’t the best option for either of us.

pattymelted229 @designercrime I have not shipped the shirt because Poshmark has protocol for this situation and is supposed to send me a new label for your order, and has not yet. I would just pay for one on PPal or something but it needs to be in Poshmark system..

pattymelted229 @designercrime if they've sent you a return label for the order please use it to ship the shirt back. The label they provide has nothing to do with your purchase, and will not refund or cancel your order. They know the order you have is not the shirt you ordered.

designercrime @pattymelted229 I just submitted the order problem to Poshmark support and now the order is “under review”. From past experiences they usually take 1-2 days to look it over and grant a return label. Thank you for being open and helpful to all this :)

pattymelted229 @designercrime I have not, maybe it will come today. I live in a pretty rural area so I definitely am not worried about it being stolen. But the Poshmark label is trackable! I don't believe I have access to the label, but you should still, if you'd like to track it. Your shirt is literally packed and waiting for departure, I think I should receive a new label for yours soon.
