kjax1 I am so disappointed by your lack of courtesy & consideration. I asked three times to cancel the sale of a ring & you ignored my messages & then shipped the item anyway. I am not at all happy & asked to return it. I think as a considerate seller on the platform, you need to respond to buyers & respect their wishes. I never ship an item if the buyer requests me not to. I only wish you had the same courtesy.
