kaybrell Good evening. I apologize for taking so long to answer you. This skirt is 25" long from waist to the bottom of the skirt. I can not offer a shipping discount because I would only make about $2.00 and I would still have to give Poshmark their $2.50.

myersimms4 No I am sorry I still should have rated it a 5 star because Other then not being able to fit the dress there were no other issues. The dress is very nice and soft as you described it. Again I apologize. If I could rate it over it would be a 5 star
