angelalfrazier hello and thank you for your purchase... I just pulled this cutie out... and tried it on... the size marked is 38, you know the length... it truly measures 19 across when laid out flat from armpit seam to seam... it seemed smaller to me ( although I am wearing a heavy sweater). adding pic of the measurement
