Thanks for reaching out, Olivia. I believe I am beyond the 72 hour deadline for a refund. The reason I lowered the rating is that the color was not as described. I realized today when I received a second Pandora Purple Oval Lights charm that the one you sold me is the Brown Oval Lights.
