downtowncali I apologize for the ship delay. I ship items twice a day and though I thought I shipped yours, I found it half way under the back seat of my truck (that I rarely use) with my kids jackets over it. it just got mistakenly missed.

downtowncali I should have contacted you but I honestly wasn't sure what item it was at the time and was in a hurry so didn't look at the user name on the label. until it scanned in, then I realized how old of an order it was. I figured it was canceled by then. im truly truly sorry. you're right 2 weeks is ridiculous!
