rhondaepp Good Morning Evangelina, I just checked my sales and noticed that the Ara Gada Croc shoes have still not been delivered to you. Oh my goodness I am so sorry. I looked into the tracking number and is said there was ‘no secure location available’ and then asks if I should resend the item. It looks as if it is still In San Francisco. So I will try that again, I’m not sure if I can though🤷🏼‍♀️. I’ll keep you updated.

rhondaepp @evangelinasa667 I am so sorry for this inconvenience but I looked up the tracking # from the shipment order and it asked me to resend shipment but I think the request needs to come from you as they are looking for your Address and name to be inputted. Sorry after I printed the label I no longer have that information. Would you please tap on the tracking number and reschedule the delivery. Otherwise they say it will be returned to sender 🤷🏼‍♀️ again sorry for the delivery issues

jmp0208 Evangelina, I shipped the INC jacket on Friday. My brother died unexpectedly and I dropped the package at a mailroom type shop on my way out of state. I have been so involved with his funeral etc I just now saw the notification that is doesn’t show scanned. I am on my way home I will go to the mailroom as soon as I get home. I am sooooo sorry.
