laurelalyse @savvy_mommy hey! How are you? So I suppose I've got the question of what other kind of 501s you've encountered? But I think I already know the answer. The ones that you've got up aren't vintage. You can tell by the white horizontal tag in the back. It should be square, and coming out of the waistband. Also the back tag is different from vintage ones. That's why they're cut differently, because they're modern

I have never walked in and not found a pair of vintage Wranglers! But smaller sizes are sometimes harder to come by as this is also fried chicken and BBQ country!

laurelalyse @savvy_mommy oh if the rise is 10.5 that's only .5" lower than 512s so I'd list them as a 28 for sure. They probably could fit a 27 too because 505s are so slim!

laurelalyse @savvy_mommy I totally get it, it's such a balance trying to find that sweet spot for price! So the ones you have are super cool, but they're an acid wash which is less coveted than the regular wash so they sell for less. I've never sold an acid wash before but the price you have them at is where I would start and then discount if they don't sell :)

I mostly get lucky at thrift stores, but also spend a pretty penny for the rare ones I have at vintage boutiques in the city. I really should come out though!

Or really I am in love with any tiny slim fit pairs that have awesome fading and wear that can only come from all the years of someone breaking them in :) vintage levis is one of the best obsessions to have haha. You're the best!

laurelalyse @savvy_mommy hey you :) as long as you list the right size in measurements, you should be fine. Posh doesn't let people return things just because they didn't fit. If you list them as a wrong size, or if they're damaged or something then posh will allow the return 💕 right now I'm dealing with this impossible user who ripped her jeans after I sent them and is trying to get me to give her her money back... it's the biggest headache because she's making defaming posts about me right now -_-

savvy_mommy @laurelalyse - I found the strangest pair of 505's today. They're orange tab with orange stitching on this almost royal blue thinner scratchier denim. The inside tag is square like my other vintage Levi's but printed in red and white. Have you come across a pair like this before? The waist is nice and high, so that's fun!

My usps clerk suggested if you have a local post office that your mail comes out of you could ask them if you can pick it up as soon as tracking says it's there. If your mail goes out for delivery from Santa Clara though, that might be too large an office to do that.
