evyalmont @shon0004 Maybe they have not yet seen your message. Make sure you put an @ before the closet name and that it is spelled correctly if you are typing it yourself. Check these two things and send a message again. If they don't reply back they could have a personal matter or emergency that have kept them from opening the Poshmark app. You can try sending a message to Poshmark. Sending instructions on another message following this one..

Also make sure that the closet is not on Vacation Status before you send the message to Poshmark. Hope this helps.

No I have not :( I keep checking the tracking # since it was estimated to be delivered July 1st, however the last update was July 2 that says “In Transit, Arriving Late: Your package will arrive later then expected, but is still on its way. It is currently in transit to the next facility.” Since that was almost 2 weeks ago, I’m wondering if it ever made it to that “next facility”? I haven’t been able to find any other updates from USPS since then...

I also sent a tracking request to Poshmark and I am waiting for them to reply back. I will keep you informed on this matter. This is very unusual.
