When I pulled the Cole Haan shoes out to ship, I noticed that the rubber soles had an issue that truly should prevent them from wearing. I will take that up with Cole Haan. Is there any way to cancel this order? I am going to need to take this product off of my postings.

@guapa_ko I emailed them as soon as I finished yours. They sent a confirmation email, but it usually takes at least 24 hours to get a real answer. Thank you for your patience. I just did not feel right about sending out an inferior product.

Hi Eve! It's Amy that that you bought the daisy dress and Evan Picone dress from. I've been trying to figure out how to reach you so I hope this gets to you. I went to pack the dresses and I noticed that the Daisy dress is starting to tear a bit at the top of the zipper in the back. I'm so sorry - it wasn't doing that before so not sure what happened.
