evebell501 @traceyrico323 Thank you so much for reaching out! I really hope you can help me. The email Posh has I have never heard of. The system won’t allow me to put in my phone number change the email or anything else. It keeps saying it sent a code to that funky email address. I am at a complete loss. I sent Posh a message about it and all I’ve gotten from them was a welcome to posh from my true email address. I don’t know what to do about the things that have sold. Eve

traceyrico323 @evebell501 NP you can go to your closet at the top hit “edit profile” there will be “account information “ and there you’re able to edit your account information. But u may not be able to alter anything since you have an active sale. So- you can go to each individual sale & in that there’s an option to “message seller” type your issue & hit “request PM to enter the convo” a PM customer service person will come in & asses your issue & give you directions on what steps to take.

Also in the message I would definitely communicate to the buyer know that you intend to ship their purchase but that you’re standing by for PM to resolve the issue.
