Evelina, hi, I’m guessing you were not happy with your most recent purchase from me since you did not provide any rating. I’ve not run into this situation before so I’m not sure what to do other than ask. I’m hoping you will help me out by telling me honestly what the problem was: A) because I want to make it right with you and B) I don’t want to make the same mistake again with somebody else.

@sluvscats hey Sandy, thank you for the birthday wishes. And I was pretty upset about my last order 😕 I wasn’t sure what to do. The white sleeveless shirt has very large pale orange stains on the lower part, like tomato sauce and the white tee had the same stains, just smaller.

@sluvscats The Bebe tank had the knitted part around the bust unraveling a bit and loose threads and beads on the back. I was just shocked because my last shirt from you was so nice. I wasn’t sure what to do or say because you have been so nice to me 🙁

@eg182 Evelina, thank you for replying to my message, many people may not have bothered and I’d be left wondering what could have possibly been wrong. Or even worse, reported the issue to Poshmark. I hope you know that I would never intentionally send what you’re describing to anybody. I was so careful wrapping the lighter colors to keep them separate from the dark, how did I not see this. I’m so, so sorry Evelina. I am humiliated & embarrassed & so mad with myself. I usually take photos of each item before, during, & after packaging, as a final thorough check. As I was wrapping your things, I guess I felt confident that they were in good condition so I omitted this step. I did a cursory inspection, but did not lay each item out to photograph front & back as I usually do. (Cont)

If I had, surely I’d have noticed any defects.
I know my eyesight has definitely been getting worse since I started using Posh since I only have an iPhone to work with. Already knowing I have glaucoma & cataracts, I should not be procrastinating, but am weary of yet another Dr visit along with whatever “news” he’d be delivering. Maybe it’s time for cataract surgery, praying it’s not something worse than that. Regardless, this does not excuse nor justify what I’ve done in any way. (Cont)

@sluvscats also just wanted to let you know, I work for an ophthalmologist. He usually does 3 cataract surgeries every week and patients are amazed at how well they can see after. I’m not telling you to get it done, but I hear it really helps with quality of life and complications are rare and minor, at least at our office

Evelina, hi, sorry I haven’t been in touch. I got flu which became pneumonia & yesterday was my first day in 2 weeks that I felt I was on road to getting better. Hope you had Happy Thanksgiving, 🦃 One of my neighbors cooked but I couldn’t go, he sent me big plate I couldn’t even eat. Pookie liked it 😀

Because I was sick, I didn’t even look at the top til other day & again I apologize for the whole situation. I washed it & thought stains came out, but after it dried, some still there. Plus I rubbed one area so hard, it now has micro holes, I just stuck my finger thru one & said enough 🙄. If I didn’t hate my arms I would fix enough for me to wear it, but arms are not nice anymore. Are you having freezing cold weather in NJ?

My friends in Boston said it’s so nasty. It snowed with rain then froze then became dirty slush mixed in with recently fallen leaves, ie disgusting. I hope you have accepted my apologies, & thank you for being so nice about it. POSH is so slow, I had entire closet 40% off & had few takers.
