catlovernj Hello Evelyn, I am sorry you did not receive the merchandise I shipped. I have contacted Posh Support to request you receive a full refund. In the future, you should not accept an order that you do not receive. Contact Posh Support and tell them, or me. I ship promptly that I possibly took for granted that all was ok...until I saw the rating. I know I shipped it. It matters a great deal that this happened to you. I look forward to a response from Posh support that will help resolve this.

catlovernj Hello Evelyn, I contacted Poshmark support regarding the order you did not receive. They tell me that postal records indicate it was delivered on May 17th. I understand it’s possible it went to the wrong address and you did not receive it. I was hoping to resolve by contacting them. Can you please contact them to tell them you never received this order? They have said you might still receive it. Your response and feedback appreciated.

catlovernj @nickychelle I just learned that you have not received an item you ordered from my closet. I contacted Posh Support to ask them to refund you. So far the they tell the item was delivered to you on May 17th. Can you please update me? Have you not receive this item? This is what Poshmark support advises, “if your buyer is still unable to locate their package, we kindly ask that you please have them reach out to us directly. Rest assured, we have a process in place to further assist them.” I’m sorry that you’ve paid for something you did not receive. If you reach out to them, it should help. I would like to hear from you.
