hi there dear, I just want to warn you about that rag&bone elephant bell jeans you have left liked. I basically bought that pair from that seller (check her sold items for confirmation). After she accepted, instead of sending it to me after purchase, she demanded more money and cancelled my purchase and immediately relisted it here. Be warned.

@edlutz hey there! Welcome to poshmark! I have been buying and selling on this platform for more than a year now and this is my first issue. I reported the issue to poshmark support and followed up with 4 mails but nothing has been done! So for the most part the people here are good and safe but u get the odd unscrupulous seller and coupled with zero support from poshmark themselves, I find the next best thing is to warn folks like yourself. ☺️

@edlutz @acullen443 Sorry, I hate drama but this has gotten too far I have a complain on posh..She sent a $50 offer for an almost $300 pair of NWT jeans.My 5yr old had the phone and accepted.yes my fault for leaving the phone unattended, but I explained this to her. I canceled and told her I could not give her those jeans for that amount,she demanded and even threatened me.Not the same day, 11 days later!Which means no one was going to sell her the same pair for that amount. Again, sorry

It seems that I have two 'wrong orders' right now and I only thought I had yours. The hoodie you sent me is packaged right now, but with a label that is going to the wrong buyer. I need a label from Poshmark so I can send your hoodie to the correct buyer. I didn't realize until an hour ago that I had two separate wrong order situations going on at the same time. I nearly sent your hoodie to the other buyer.

@edlutz If I don't accept your order, Poshmark is still going to charge my card. It seems like the only way to fix this is to let Poshmark know I did not receive the correct order. That is what happened in the other situation I am dealing with right now. I just don't want to do something that will cause you trouble. You have already paid shipping to get an order to me once.

@edlutz I received the correct hoodie and your note. I will accept the order so they will release the payment to you. Poshmark is not going to send a prepaid shipping label to me at their expense because from their point of view, the mistake was on your end. I am happy to mail the other hoodie back to you if you email a prepaid shipping label. If I send it at my expense, I will be paying for shipping twice. Peggy

@edlutz No, it is too small as is the correct hoodie unfortunately. I just tried to accept the order, but Poshmark won't let me because the case is 'under review'. I will have to try and contact them tomorrow. My app won't let me add a comment to the case. I will try and resolve this tomorrow and will keep you informed
