eviereed @meeschamouse Hi there!!! So so sorry!!! I’ve been in the mountains and out of service range the past few weeks! The bust right under the arm holes of the dress measures 18 inches straight across. The waist is 16 inches straight across and has elastic. I always wear it with a belt just cause it looks cute and there are little belt loops. From the waistline to the skirt hem, it’s 22 inches! And lastly from the shoulder seam to the waistline it’s 14 inches. Hope this helps!!!:)
