leighnajohnson @evelynsosa14 the bodice is stretchy and the straps are adjustable so they can fit up to two sizes bigger. I’ve never had a fit issue because of that

leighnajohnson @evelynsosa14 hi! Can you please provide photos of the dress to your return so that we can get to a resolution quickly? Also I have a tamper marker on the dress to avoid customers wearing it and returning. If it’s broken it means it was worn: just telling you so you don’t try it on which I figure you won’t since you don’t want it. If it’s being returned it will have to be left intact so I can resale it as new if they approve the return! Thank you & have a great weekend!!

Also you know my daughter is not going to wear that dress is really small far from the measures I gave you, and I don’t like it is not well maid and the back is white, I was going to comment that but I can’t anymore.

leighnajohnson @evelynsosa14 oh ok so you realized the color was spot on so you make other issues? If the dress doesn’t fit it’s your measurements that are off. I have direct photos of the measurements which I do anytime I’m given measurements, if you feel like it’s not well made you are the first to say so. And if she hasn’t worn it how would you know it doesn’t fit

leighnajohnson @evelynsosa14 because surely nobody is trying on dresses they don’t want. The dress was made per your measurements soo I’m not sure what to tell you. The Back of all tutu dresses are white. They are made with crochet fabric! But anyways have a good night

evelynsosa14 @leighnajohnson EVERYTHING on that dress is wrong not only the color, you didn’t make it size 10, you just sent me whatever you had there, the back is horrible, you could’ve use hot pink. The mesures that I sent you are right, I measured the dress and is totally different, you even had the nerve to charge me for $25 extra for that size. Have a good night.

leighnajohnson @evelynsosa14 mam I don’t think you realize but I’ve been here 10 years with 2K sales and have sold that dress alone 100s of times. My account reflects that. If I received a dress that didn’t fit, was horrible & so on I would open a return & state that: why open for color & not mention any of this? You measured the measurements in centimeters which alone proves you dunno what you are doing

Now that I mentioned the tamper marker all of a sudden a dress you don’t like was tried on? Why try a dress on you don’t like? If the dress has been worn it will be returned back to you. Do you not think my account reflects my time here? If I were doing these things wouldn’t I have more complaints? I don’t have to debate with you about what we both know is true.
