I have asked Poshmark to give you a full refund for the broken case. I didn’t know if you saw my comment. They are still reviewing. But I want you to have a full refund. I thought I had packed it well but I can see from your picture I did not. Sorry to disappoint you.

@bmattox01 yes the big vase came me broken but the small one came in good condition when i received my package the package was half open i can send more photo if you like
