They explained that due to the recently storm this package was most likely detoured to a different plant location, which is why your package is delayed more than normal. I’m happy to know your package is not lost. I will continue to keep you in the loop. Thank you

recreatethis @gina07735 unfortunately he wasn’t able to give me that location information. But it sounds like it is in NJ. He did submit to escalate our claim number for an update late today or tomorrow. I’m staying hopeful.
