Hello, Thanks for your purchase. I delivered to post office today and it shipped priority. Please be careful opening box so as not to damage bag with a sharp knife. How did you find this bag? Were you looking specifically for this item in a search? Thanks in advance for feedback.

Hello, its 8 days after I shipped and just checked tracking. It states "in transit". I kept the Post office receipt from 9/14 at 2PM CST and took photos. I've reached out to Poshmark as to how to proceed. Was your address correct on your account?

@reesibits Hello! Yes, I was wondering the same thing myself; I've been checking the tracking on a daily basis but it hasn't updated at all, and gives me the same "in transit" spiel. And, yes, the address I have listed is, indeed, correct. It seems to be an issue with the transit process, I'm just hoping it didn't get lost in transit along the way, since the last updated location was in Texas.

@reesibits No updates on the tracking today, either. I am getting increasingly worried that it will not come at all. I understand that it's not your fault, but if Poshmark could reimburse me the money, and accommodate you as well since the item may be lost, that would be ideal at the moment.

It is so frustrating. I reached out to Poshmark thru their system, they responded on Tuesday, "in the event that we have not provided any additional updates by Sept. 28,2020, simply reply directly to this email and a member of the Poshmark team will assist you with next steps." Hopefully they will say its insured and you will get your money back and I will get mine. Can you wait?

It was sent Priority 2 day so it certainly should have arrived.

It is very frustrating, as it seems like it may have gotten lost in transit somewhere along the way. I hope it either gets here or we both get refunded the money. Either way, what a situation.

@reesibits I think, at this point, it's safe to assume that the item will likely not arrive and it most likely got lost in transit along the way, especially considering it was priority shipping and hasn't had a single update since it was initially shipped. If you could contact a Poshmark rep tomorrow in regards to how to proceed, that would be great. And thank you.

Hello Evin, I emailed Poshmark support before 10am CST. It's now 7:30PM and I haven't received response. Hopefully they will repond tomorrow as I wrote that we have both been very patient waiting on an item that was paid to ship in 2 business days. Poshmark has a very good customer service reputation so I am certain you will get your money back. I expect to as well and appreciate your patience.
