milano_shoes @azfjkid so Poshmark will not do refund and I won’t have access to refund you since I do not have access to your payment method. So it would be an exchange. I will cancel now your size 9 and once I receive the size 10 , I will ship you the size 9. Just send me a prepaid label to ship you the new pair. Ok?

milano_shoes @azfjkid No, I mean send me a stamp (prepaid shipping label) with your return (size 10) a prepaid shipping label so I can use for the size 9 to ship to you again. You can ask the post office for a prepaid shipping label ::)

azfjkid @milano_shoes hello, I’ve been waiting for new shipment. I paid twice and one payment was returned so I am a bit confused as to what or why am I to purchase again? You mentioned pay shipping which that I understand, please better explain what I’m to do. Also I never was tagged not sure how that works. Just want size 9 US shipped as soon as possible please. fairloyal @azfjkid @azfjkid The correct way would’ve been to open a case through Posh under My purchases—> Problems/Order Inquiry—> Order Not as Described. Upload photos showing the in correct size. Then Posh emails you a PREPAID LABEL. THEN you ship back. It’s to protect both buyer and seller. Then you just repurchase correct size because you get refunded by Posh once the seller received her item back. Posh doesn’t protect you or seller if item is sent back ahead of time or on your own account.

loking4treasure I'm sorry , you're not happy with the glasses , I believe I was very clear in the description, what I was selling was the frame , and the frame it was in great clean condition, I don't believe I deserved your negative description, but it's okay .Have a great weekend. Chris
