ewag37 @silvereuphoria I got the necklace. But it's not what I ordered. I asked for 18", and got 22". The letters are in the wrong order, and the clasp is on the left as opposed to right. What can we do to fix this?

silvereuphoria Ewa, I'm going to send you a refund, and a 3rd necklace. The necklace was sent to you, and apparently it's lost, possibly stolen, I'm guessing it was stolen as it's happened to me in the past. Still, I'm in shock that it happened to a second send.
