kaithorup I'm touching base to let you know I am following the tracking for the Jacket you purchased. It went out Oct 28 but I am just learning it has not arrived at your address. I will call the Post Office tomorrow to find out what is going on. I am so sorry this is happening. It should have been to you days ago. I appreciate your help; I was trying to get in touch with USPS the other day to figure out what was going on but I was having a hard time getting in touch with a real person through their customer service line haha. kaithorup I haven't forgotten you. I finally reached a Postal Employee (after literally a one hours hold time) and opened an investigation to find your package. The Case # is: 03986542. I am told I should hear something within a couple of days. I am really disappointed in the USPS right now. I'll be in touch with you as soon as I hear something. You are also welcome to explore using that case number. Hope this can be resolved soon. Best, thorups

kaithorup Good Morning. I heard from Boston Postal. They have not received the package. The Agent told me that the package showed in their investigation that it had been scanned in Atlanta some 15 times but is not moving. I have a call into the Atlanta Postal Service to find the issue. I will keep you posted. If at any time you want to cancel this order, I completely understand. It is a wonderful Jacket and I will continue to locate it. So sorry this happened. Appreciate your patience.

luluakma @kaithorup Thanks for the update! Hopefully once in contact with the Atlanta office they’ll be able to locate it and get it moving again. I have been searching for this jacket for a long time so I am perfectly fine being patient and waiting it out for things to get sorted out :) Again, I really appreciate your efforts to make sure the package gets found & would love to stay updated whenever they have more info for you. No worries if it takes a while! Have a great weekend

kaithorup I did speak with Newnan after the last notice. They said it was in Atlanta and confirmed there were multiple scans...they didn't have an answer for why, but is contacting Atlanta to try to solve the problem. As soon as I hear from them, I will let you know. It may be Monday...don't think they work much on weekends. Again, thank you for your patience and understanding. We WILL get this worked out!

kaithorup Hello Luluakma: I'm so glad you wrote...I'm just getting use to this platform and couldn't find this thread. :/ I've exhausted the Newnan PO and have moved on to the Atlanta and Memphis Hubs. They are both in the lineup to get to Boston (Springfield) POs.They all see the multiple scans but are still looking for the physical package. I can't believe how scattered they seem to be. That is the latest. At anytime you wish to get refund, let me know. I'm continuing to pursue this Postal loss.

luluakma @kaithorup If they are getting the scans hopefully that means they should be able to track down the physical package soon, thank you again for all your efforts! kaithorup @luluakma Hello: I was not successful at all. I exhausted every lead...every postal, stop reported on tracking, to no avail. And then the days got away from me. Guess it never showed up with you either? I think it is time I refund your money. The post office 'usually' does a great job, but failed us on this one. It was such a great jacket...it upsets me it is lost in some Postal back room. I'm so sorry. Thanks for checking in...look for the refund. Sherry
