2ndtimeearound I'm new at this and cannot find an answer to; what if the buyer is willing to pay shipping if the size and weight exceeds Poshmarks flat rate? I've noticed you also have sets of dishes, how do you handle the overage on shipping costs? Please advise

blessedchild14 @2ndtimeearound Hey! Pretty new to this myself and haven't sold my dishes yet. But there is a way to adjust the postage if the first one is not the right one. Let me see if I can retrace some steps to offer some help. Also, send Poshmark an email and they will get back to you, usually in a day or so if it's weekday

good1together Not trying to say you did on purpose. I thought you said you got on PoshMark? Regardless it's not menswear. I thought I was purchasing a men's jacket size XL. Now you are say it's young men's? Not right sizing either as it's not adult menswear! XL Kids or XL Ladies are not same as XL Men's!Why didn't your listing include all those details? I would not have purchased a kids or ladies jacket for my grown husband.😐

blessedchild14 @good1together Miss, you have it mistaken. Do NOT misconstrue what I have stated, the jacket is a Men's jacket, that was bought for a young man that wears Men's sizes. The jacket was bought in Primark. I initially made a mistake and said Poshmark, then I self corrected and stated Primark. This is the last time, I am saying this. If you want a refund have Poshmark execute that.

good1together @blessedchild14 pls you don't have to get mad. I'm just trying to make it right. I did write them twice now. Yesterday and today. I do want a refund I'm not trying to say you were deceiving on purpose. You weren't clear when you first wrote back and confusing info since. PM is about offering our best in all aspects. Items, service etc.

good1together As a side note, you packaged this jacket poorly. Not securing the box shut not good Lucky nothing was taken out or got inside..surely a rodent or wet weather could of easily got in as the top was not taped close. If you reused the tape it didnt work. I'm a PM seller too. I'm not trying to be mean or vindictive. Just honest. Please take better care of our customers. We are all in this together.
