Are the Nike SB’s that I keep trying to bundle actually sold now? Or ya arhat just not updated since the bundle was cancelled and refunded? By the time you requested tracking number we had already shipped out your shoes. It's impossible for me to know your tracking number. That is something that Poshmark needs to fix.

Again, I absolutely love your closet and wanted to love this sweater, but it is at least two sizes too small (I hope my pic illustrated such, considering I’m the same size as the model). marcnicholson I ordered some Globe Size 11 shoes and received a striped bathing suit instead. I tried to request a return yesterday and something went wrong when I was sending the photos through and it closed out the transaction as delivered. I contacted customer support because I didn't know what else to do. I haven't heard back from them and getting worried because I was really excited about my purchase until all of this trouble and don't want to lose $50 for nothing. Can you please assist? I was dealing directly with you which is why I didn't pursue any further with customer service. Also, you said you talked to Poshmark to allow me to send the bikini back, which is exactly what I did. Anytime you purchase online you must initiate a return/open a case through the website you purchased. This protects you as a buyer and me as a seller. As a safe guard to buyer and sellers, the sellers has 72 hours to accept the delivery. Once you received the item and you accepted there nothing I can do on my side. CONTINUED ON NEXT MESSAGE

You will need to contact poshmark support and explain your situation. Please understand that I'm not trying to make this process difficult. marcnicholson Why did you tell me to return the bathing suit. Just so you would have items to sell again including the shoes I've already paid for and you just re-posted 4 days ago. I tried starting a return with poshmark when I opened the package and saw it was not my order. I had to use my mobile device because of the pictures sizes I was including as proof BUT the system froze up and displayed as accepted by error. I emailed Poshmark and you re: this, I will contact Poshmark AGAIN.

Therefore we are unaware of you experience with Poshmark return. If you provide a the tracking number for the items you returned I will be able to verify that I received your item back.
