I just received the jacket and it is not as you described, it is NOT an authentic Burberry jacket and it is damaged... very disappointed. I am most likely going to send it back to you... I reported this to Postmark.

That jacket is 100% authentic! Bring it to Burberry. And as I stated I take videos of all my items before shipping out to confirm no one tries to destroy my items so you better no destroy it!

@threeone Seriously, I am not angry just very disappointed. I would not and have not done anything to the jacket. It arrived damaged... the bottom button isn't in tact, meaning it is damaged.

lol that's funny because the last photo in my listing is of the bottom button honey!!!! And it's clearly in tact. And I have video to prove it. I'm not going to get scammed on here which is why I take videos. I'll let poshmark do their job though 😊 have a good one. And please stay far away from my closet from now on.

@threeone You are calling me a liar, I don't lie. Postmark will do their job. Why would I make this up? My money is precious to me, I work very hard for it. I don't know why your angry... you know that you are wrong for doing this. I don't like being scammed, it is a terrible way to treat someone. You also have a blessed day... Bottom line is this, the item is not as described... It is damaged.

Hello love I’m sorry Poshmark took so long when an item is sent to Poshmark concierge they do a multi point inspection for authenticity and to assure the item is as described in the listing - it is completed though and the shoes will finally be arriving today/ tomorrow and will require a signature- please remember you will need to press “accept” once received to complete the sale and enjoy 💛💛💛 also come back anytime I get new items in every other day and return customers receive 10% off 🎀✨

@samiamatha I am currently overseas and no one is home to sign for the package. poshmark took longer than anticipated to authenticate. I changed my shipping address after it was sent to poshmark... but it went to my Astoria address. I changed it to my sister's address in NJ...

@samiamatha I tried to contact the post office a few times and no one picked up the phone... and I tried to schedule redelivery for my neighbors to sign on the USPS website and it told me that it could not be done on line. I don't know what else to do... do you have any suggestions? I am so sorry for the inconvenience.

@shverle they would have left a little piece of paper on the door or in the mailbox stating where you can go to pick it up - you will have to send someone to pick it up - also Poshmark always takes that long to authenticate it only took maybe 1-2 days longer then normal for future reference and any item that goes through posh concierge will require a signature

@shverle The piece of paper should also have an option for you to sign and check the box for them to leave it that way you don’t have to actually be there to sign it since you already signed the paper

You will most likely have to call Usps and they do answer but the wait can be like 1-2 hours - crazy I know if you can just put the phone on speaker and keep it with you I’ve had to do it a number of times they can definitely help figure it out or you can give them permission to leave it over the phone
