jessejeep2014 Hey there! Evidently my daughter had the phone paired with her old phone, which we were unaware of. She’s coming by today with it and we’ll get it figured out. Again, sorry for the mix up!

jessejeep2014 It has been unpaired. It says to finish unpairing go to settings on the watch, tap general, reset, and erase all contents and settings. Let me know if this works.
