ulysessmommy @lovingpurple thank u and I do have a question I bought some shoes from this girl on here a week ago and she hasn't n won't answer me n already took my money she said she shipped the shoes but .... They haven't got here n it keeps says ups scan pending ??

lovingpurple @ulysessmommy Well I would Say that you don't have to worry, poshmark really protects the buyer and seller, when you buy something here the money goes to a fund but It's not released to the seller until the buyer accept the package. So in this case if you have not received the items you cannot accept the package and the cellar have not received the money.

lovingpurple @ulysessmommy Pending scan seems to be item is not shipped yet :S, you can ask seller if when she shipped item did she got any confirmation tracking number. Hope that helps :)

lovingpurple @ulysessmommy Dont think u need it. To cancel an order, just go to theorder screen and tap on Problems/Order Inquiry. The next screen will allow you as a buyer to cancel the order by selecting OrderDelayed and a full refund will be issued to you.
