If it’s because I haven’t accepted them yet it would most definitely be because it was the weekend and I was traveling with my family and won’t be back until today. I don’t check poshmark when I am traveling. I believe I have three days to accept them, and I think it would’ve for reasons like this. I was out of town.

falrstoughton @1bobbyboy the item works. It was not damaged and was not dirty. I packed it and took photos so if you’d like to contact Poshmark support then do so but I guarantee it was not damaged unless it happened in transit and it does work but you have to set it I don’t know if you can handle that or not but that could have been the problem not understanding how to set it :) thanks anyway have a great day!
