@fannell...Hi, Its Diana, I cannot find the undergarments you ordered in size Medium, I have looked everywhere, I do however have a size international size small, US size XL...this is a very tiny size so, looks like a small-medium...i am sorry, I can cancel your order, or I can send you this one I have in my hand, it's the exact one, just not a medium, I apologize...or you can pick an item from my closet of 10.00 or under, just like the item or tell me which item you want..

@fannell Hi there. When you click on each listing you like, scroll down to the bottom of my listing & you will see "Add to Bundle". Click it once & then go to the next item(s) that you're interested in & click "Add to Bundle". It'll notify me & I can submit an offer to you for the entire lot so that it all ships together as opposed to each individual item shipping separately. I'd hate to see you have to pay $6.49 for each one 😊💕😊💕

Hello. I just received your rating/comment. I have a few things that don't sit well with me: 1. I accurately described everything. As these items are vintage, they will be in vintage condition. As I stated in the listings, I recently cleaned & inspected them. That in no way says that they are in like new condition. These accessories are 30+ years old. 2nd: I find it alarming that you waited 4+ days post receiving them to finally comment about them & post Poshmark releasing your payment.

3rd: I worked very hard to give you a great deal, INCLUDING providing a free pair of earrings for you bc it seemed as if you were having a problem figuring out how to bundle. I sent your package off in timely fashion including properly securing them. Your sole complaint is that these 30+ year old earrings aren't in like new condition? Good riddance. I have been an A+ seller here with 5 star reviews (prior to you) & I feel like you are an unfair customer. I was 100% accurate in my listings.

@fannell I am upset that instead of opening conversation with me the day you opened the shipment, you wait 4+ days to unfairly rate me with the lowest rating I've ever received. That hurts my rankings & my business. I'm an understanding & open individual who only wants opportunities to make something right. I would have been open to a return for heavens sake.

I appreciate it but honestly, nothing. I just have to learn to be better & not everything can be peachy. I just take things personally bc I'm a 1 woman show & I try so hard to be an honest & fair seller bc there are a lot of charlatans here & so when someone is displeased with my transactions, I want to make things better & I want to be given the opportunity to rectify a situation with a customer bc I know we all work hard.

All I ever want is an opportunity to make things right & have open conversation with a customer. I don't want to find out that there is displeasure via ratings & an email from poshmark because that makes me feel like I'm not allowed to help a situation. I take my customers seriously & I appreciate every order so when someone is unhappy, I want to make them happy.
