That’s pretty unprofessional of you to respond to me in that way. I’ve never had this problem with anyone else but I’m a customer and I bought something from you that I wanted a refund from you could’ve worked with me a little bit more because I seriously cannot do anything it’s 20 bucks for a nonworking watch which technically when it’s fixed and working it will be around 40
But there’s no need for you from the very start to be pretty snippy with me

@kgiangiulio I am absolutely not bossing you! Tried to be helpful, told you that I will not send it, so you would have time to cancel the order. Also if I would sell this item I would get only $9.25, not $20. I really don’t understand why are you so upset. Poshmark has its rules, if you would be buying directly from me, i would be able to cancel. But you can still cancel your order.

You just said if I cancel the item will still be sold so that does show me that you have an option to cancel I on the other hand have no option to cancel so your “helpfulness” which I did not ask for or need is not valid there is nothing I can do on my end so rather than bossing me around some more and being completely disrespectful for how you’re making me feel just send out the stupid watch you should’ve just said I can’t cancel the order to begin with and still sent out the watch

Poshmark clearly states on my end that when I excepted make an offer purchase I myself cannot cancel like I normally could on my end however you’re saying that you can’t but clearly you can buy the things that you stated
I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get my money back from the seller that’s really unprofessional all you said was google do this do that good luck that’s really not nice
