Do you have recommendations on what equipment and website to use for photo enhancement? My house doesn't have great lighting so a lighting kit may be a great investment. I trust your advice on this because your photos are gorgeous!

@belowmsrpprice I have to get back with you on my lights. They weren't super expensive. Also if you do it early day natural lighting. I use my cell phone for pics. I went to home depot bought flooring. I went to jo Ann's fabric for white fabric pinned to my wall for backdrop. So that's what is allowing clean photos. I made me a little studio very inexpensive. It works. I bought a reasonable mannequin. 😊

@belowmsrpprice awwww it's a wonderful journey your working for yourself. So I like to share alot it helps see what other closets are selling. As well is enjoy other peoples presentations. Look at the home feed. Also... go into the showrooms of the parties being hosted. Just observe. Also to I buy stuff ot just sell. I saw alot of people were terrible at packing their items to send out. Late o. Getting packages out.

@belowmsrpprice sorry typos... so also have good customer service. Send a note out with your sale thanking your customers. Also I put colored tissue in my boxes with thank you stickers for each item bought. Also... a personal note. I got these things from Michaels and joanna. I add alot of posh ambassadors they are the true examples. They hold integrity for us all to learn from. 😉🤗😊

@belowmsrpprice just for now... do simple. Find a area in your home thats has good lighting. Use a clean floor u already have or counter. Goto tj max or marshalls... even Walmart. Find a little green plant. Get a little fur blanket that's all I had at first. U really dont need much. Keep it simple. Just have close up pictures. That's it. Everything else are just extras. Remember your trying to sell the item not go broke selling it. 🤗😊

Never had problems losing weight till now. After a year of trying. I gave up. Hard to let go. a lot money was spent on retail therapy. I’ve very new to poshing .still can’t figure out how to organize my closet neatly in categories🤦♀️

@arielhsu2812 I'll be 49... I understand. I know how are hormones change. So sounds like your metabolism decreased. So you have to increase it. It can be tricky. The more active you are...helps. also eating smaller meals 5 to 6 times a day can do it. Also to depends on person health... or if they have thyroid issues... dont beat yourself up your a beautiful lady. 💖🌺🌼🦋🤗

@lisaofthelion I think your closet is great actually. Nice bright clear pics in good lighting helps. Allowing the customer to visualize themself wearing the items. Also researching what others have sold of the same items... making sure prices are right. Adding sharing.... as much as possible. People love to see new items after you sell others shows them your serious. Yours is great!!!!

When you add new people welcome them to poshmark they can be a potential customer. Also answering back questions they have shows you care the customer really appreciates that will continue to shop with you time and time again. Build your sales as repeated sales. @stucaz Why thank you so much. I love your closet. I would suggest a brighter background or a bit better lighting as far as how your displaying your items you did outstanding. When your background is bright it allows people to see your items much clearer in turn a faster speedy sale. Maybe a white blanket if you do not have a white floor or wall. I got my white fur blanket from Tj max home goods store. 🌺😉😊

@jemorris222 I been a top seller on here for 1 yr and 5 months. Sometimes we have personal situations that go on in our lives so if u ever need to step back out your closet on vacation. You can change the date. Some people have a death. Some people go vacation or move. Have surgery and they cannot run their closet without closing it. You have the option to put it in vacation. @kailywright Hi sweetie yes.... I worked at Saks Fifth Ave. so I know a lot about visual marketing. So make sure your lighting is very clear. That’s very important so the buyer can see the item. Making sure you describe it well. Also if there’s any flaws point it out make clear in your description.

@fransylv47 awww this is the nicest complement and comment ever. I worked at Saks Fifth Ave I ran the women’s dept. So my stiff mostly comes from my area that I worked in. I like it feel like a magazine. Customers like to see what their buying clear pics are important. Sizing color and descriptions are very important to ordering online. Merchandising at Saks was huge. I used to work at Saks Fifth Ave. I ran the women's dept. so I had to keep my area in categories and styled on mannequins as well as layout outfits for table displays. Merchandising became my favorite part of the job. So thank your closet is beautiful and nicely displayed. Your photos are nice and clear. Happy Poshing! 💛🌼😉😊😘

But table merchandising is also good way as well. Just have fun. Sale things that works the best for this platform. That’s why I think it’s taking me longer. @cfletchy22 sharing to different closets not just one that’s how you advertise yourself and spread your awareness. Also too parties. There’s 3 a day. I focus on the main one at the end of the day because it lets you share all your items it’s the main party. Adding new followers helps gain new customers. Poshmark is saturated so you have to have good clear pictures nicely displayed. As well describe your item. Point out any flaws if any. Also a good price helps.

@cfletchy22 Fast shipping. I buy a lot from fellow buyers they have nice closet but they take 7 days or 3 days to ship. No bueno my biggest pet peeve. Google top 10 ways to selling on Posh. I research a lot. I watch Poshmark videos on YouTube. A clean organized closet. Good pics and good customer service. Brands that people love. Search that in google also. Just share share share share to as many closets.
