fashioncloset14 @matthewkalahar hey there the item was shipped out two days ago I don’t understand what is going on with USPS but I think that with the holiday season they are a little behind with scanning you’re not the only customer that has had this issue I would wait 24 hours and hopefully the tracking should update if not I will follow up with USPS store

pivybent I purchased three of your birds and a striped tote bag. In the picture it shows a crossbody strap. There’s no crossbody strap on the tote I received.

tiffanyfashion2 @fashioncloset14 the crown you sent was not packaged properly and came in extremely bent with three crystals missing. My wedding is tomorrow and I had to pay to get it fixed last minute so I can’t return it (since I have no other option) like poshmark requested me to. Can you refund me the amount I had to pay to get it fixed ($35)?
