l0new0lf @timasfinds TIPS. Communication is a must when dealing with a customer who shops in your closet. Let them know how soon you'll get what they ordered in the mail. By all means let the customer know about hold ups. I can assure you that will be a relief as opposed to saying nothing. Don't forget your customers can see when you last logged in to Posh and they also get notifications that you were reminded to send the package they ordered. Hopefully the tips help✌

bjkaye I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. My products are not "imitations". My items are overstocks purchased from reputable distributors. They have been sold to lots of people on different sites and everyone loves them. I had 1 shirt returned due to a size issue. Also, you upgraded the purchase from unacceptable to acceptable. I don't understand. If you are still not satisfied, please return them for a full refund. Again, I am very sorry that you are not happy.
