egasaway3 Hello I purchased an item from you last week and have yet to receive the item. Package still shows to be at the distribution facility in New Jersey any way you can get any update on the delivery time?

shekeba45 @egasaway3 When I checked yesterday it said it had reached texas and a research case was opened and then closed. I am on the line with usps now and the wait time is one hour, in the meantime maybe you can call/visit your local post office and they might have the package or some news about it there? I’m really very sorry about this I don’t know what they did wrong.

egasaway3 @shekeba45 yes i open the case here from Texas the item has yet to arrived I received the run around and the case was closed I’ve just spoken to someone from USPS and reopened the case.

shekeba45 @egasaway3 ok I’m so sorry this is happening she said they opened a district case on it and she’s making a note for delivery I told her you need it by tomorrow and they will call us with any updates. :/ truly apologize I know this is frustrating.
