I read about your Apple Watch situation and wanted to add that buyer committed FRAUD, the FRAUD began with creating a FAKE ACCOUNT, this is criminal activity. Fake accounts created, fake purchases, fake listings all fall under Federal Statutes & State Statutes for prosecution, if still unresolved needs to be reported certainly, as Poshmark has a dedicated LEGAL email for such matters. Also do a local police report, it helps with documentation for the AG and Federal Prosecution.

And in summary, sadly this world is full of people with ill intent, and I am sorry you ran into that, I am in the process of reporting some issues that involve similar activity, and it is taken seriously especially if it appears others are involved and or is an ongoing situation the criminality of is that at the base of creating fake anything: profiles, listings, accounts, that is FRAUD and is a CRIME, Federal and State. @haydenhaven hi Hayden how are you? yes I’m extremely disappointed I actually reached out to Poshmark immediately once this buyer canceled the order He was aware I shipped out the watch same day and I’m more shocked that Poshmark allowed him to cancel as I had indicated the status for this item as shipped. I am now going to see what Poshmark says because everything from my end was done in the app. Hopefully they can reimburse me because I don’t think this guy will give me my watch back

Much to your dismay, I am a regular posh show attendee spending an average of about $1000 a month between shows. I am not a fraud nor do I skimp on paying when I have made bids, but thank you for putting me on blast & reporting me. Happy Poshing!!

@fatimaparacha I happened to come online somehow @ the same time everything was popping off as a coincidence. I was a passenger in a car taking my mind off the visitation. I tried to advise I was taking care of it & got attacked as a liar & fraud. Would u want to stay on & listen to people say things about u that u can’t do anything about on the way to ur MIL’s visitation? I had not been online all day until that point & that’s what I got online to see just before I walked into her visitation.
