beasmama I’m sorry u were not 100% satisfied w/ur purchase... I felt I gave an accurate description and was not deceiving to any other users... the material of the purse is lambskin so maybe that’s why u feel it needs to be conditioned... lambskin is very soft and gives off that unfinished appearance... I felt for being used the purse was in very good condition... inside and out... anyways, I hope maybe u will reconsider your 3 star rating... enjoy your new bag👍🏼
