noang hello! I ordered a coogi sweater from you & it seems that you wrote down the wrong address on the tracking slip. its order #615d28ce93a1e9da402fe60b. USPS has only told me it got forwarded to a different location as the original address was incorrect, but they have not provided me any insight on where that is. Can you assist me please?

urbanhabit @noang please contact postmark about this issue. I printed the label that was sent to me and shipped it. Unfortunately I have no control after that.

noang @urbanhabit any way you could verify with me that the label had the exact same address on the order? it could be a USPS issue perhaps. no need to say the address, but if it matches up with what I see on my purchase order, then I can see if usps placed it on a wrong truck or something

urbanhabit @noang the address that you gave on poshmark is the label I sent it with, you can definitely send postmark an email and they can further verify the address since I can’t say the address, they will probably be able to confirm and give you further assistance
