If you go at the bottom where your user name is, then click on “my offers”, it will show your offers from ppl to purchase from them, and the bottom will be your offers you sent out for purchase that others can accept. Look for the item and click on it. Once you do, you will see the offer details and if you’re ok with them, click the blue “accept” button
