Hi, I received your 3 star rating with a could improve, and a short note saying a "little bit faded", 😐 I don't know what you mean with that 🤨 I inspected the shoes before mailing them and didn't show any issues since they are brand new with box and tags still attached, never were worn, I mailed them with original packaging (wrapped with same brand papper tissue) exactly as when they were bought in store, and I even included a gift as I always do, so I don't get why that rating and comment 😕

@tradechik26 similar shoes I’d seen in stores were a more brilliant blue...love the shoes was just expecting a brighter color.

@fwalton57 If you saw them similar in store, it means they were not the same brand, so that points out the brilliant color you were expecting and the "faded" color (as you stated) you see on my shoes is nothing related to a problem with my description then, I described them Blue Acid which is the real color of these shoes and my many pictures are showing that real color as well, so I don't see why I received a "Need to improve description" with a lower rating 🙄 Anyway, I'm glad you like them! 🙂

@tradechik26 She did the same thing to me over BRAND NEW shoes that anyone could clearly see had never been worn. After reading a few comments, this behavior seems to be her forte. Ordering from folks & then rating them unfairly after she has received her product. I will not sell to her again.

@doseofvitamind Yes, she unfairly rate sellers, she clearly doesn't know what's the meaning of an innacurate description or she's just doing it for fun (maybe she doesn't like to give well deserved good rating too people, or she's just not in the mood), after I asked explanation for my only 3 stars rating, she replied with a nonsensical answer and gave me 1 more star, she is very unfair! 😑
