Is it bad? Very hard to see since it is a side view... can you send a picture of the back of the heel with the scuff? Is the heel damaged in that it is wobbly?

Heel is fine, nor wobbly. It's $9 so it's not a bad purchase but that's relative. You can cancelled it if you want. Totally up to you. Thanks!
