@ciacorr I am so sorry to hear that! Once you order your items should be shipped. Have you tried asking the sellers when the items would be Shipped? Good policy is to ship within one to two days, barring any issues, which should be communicated to the buyer.

@7thvintage I have tried, but the seller never responded. I think they were a new seller. If they would have responded I would have been understanding and waited for them to ship the item.
