padgettcloset Hi! I just wanted to check in about the case you opened for the sale of my Too Faced makeup palettes. It has been almost a month & I haven’t heard much from Poshmark regarding the case so I thought I would contact you. I have contacted Poshmark regarding the granting of the refund and the reasoning due to the fact it wasn’t remotely related to why you opened the case. Let me know if you have heard anything. kittynteddy @gracee_d I totally apologize about this issue my husband got very very upset at me for making a case he was like babe did you forget that this ain't no eBay I should have told him about the situation before jumping into it because so things would have been much more smother ugh. I only made it to let you know know what happened in hopes you could help me with making a case with post office.l I apologize.

kittynteddy I'm thinking it's network works like eBay lol normally you would have to make a case if any damages happen and usually the seller would handle it. Btw I have been so busy with my family but I was meaning to ask you if you made a case with the post office just because when me and my husband tried to make a case....

kittynteddy it gotten declined saying you already made a case with them. So I have no idea what to do about receiving my refund for the damage. I have no idea as to why it's saying that. I also wanna let you know that I absolutely love the purchase that I made with you. I do plan to keep it's just a bummer what happened I wanted to display it in my beauty room my dream woman cave is to try my hardest to get my room to look like a professional make up YouTubers room lol.

kittynteddy But to be clearly honest with you I just want to get this squared out with the post office so I can get my refund and put it towards getting a new set so I can display it this is truly becoming a headache 😖 Im just upset USPS website is saying there's a case that has been made and mine is declined could you please try and help me out sweetheart once again I apologize about all this Cr*p.

padgettcloset @kittynteddy hi! I’m sorry the post office didn’t approve your case but when you open the case with Poshmark the post office is not involved. Essentially what you are saying is you want to keep the item and get a refund however with Poshmark the case has been approved. This means they sent you a shipping label to send the item back to me so you can get your refund. I am now getting back a damaged item and will no longer be able to sell or gift it

padgettcloset If you want to keep it you have to choose the release payment option and then the item is yours but until then my hands are tied. Choosing to keep it without releasing the payment means the money is in holding until you take action to release it or send the item back at which time I will approve the refund. Please let me know if that makes sense!
