judala23 Hi What do you mean by the emailers? Do you mean people leaving comments on your bundle? Does it show up in you news? If so, I think you can just reply to it, and ask them to leave you off their comment list. Hopefully, if you just ask politely they will. I sometimes leave comments on peoples bundles. If anyone told me it bothered them, I would definitely make sure I didn't do it again;) Hope sales going well for you!!!

judala23 OH!!! Yes, I know what you are talking about! Yes NEVER obviously give out your private email address. I felt like someone was trying to get my info once for identity theft. You can actually block them, so they can't contact you. I've had to do that a few times. Let me just check how I did it and I will get back to you.

judala23 So just hit on their username so it takes you to their site, then there are some dots up in the right hand corner of the screen, if you click that you will get the option to "block" user. If you do that then they cannot contact you anymore! I think you can also flag comments they make to you, but I'm not sure how you do that.....or what the exact purpose is....but if you block them they def can't contact you.

ftingo @judala23 hey…it’s me…again….I sold a LV bag it was authenticated but I said when she asked it was a smaller model than I thought (I have two bags) human error…she wants refund…no problem but what happens to my status?? How does this process work🙂

judala23 @ftingo I don't actually know the answer to that. Similar thing just happened to me sold ...I sold someone shirt that was wrong size, my error ...so helped her get refund thru posh & buyer was very kind about it. Shirt is on it's way back to me. I have no idea if it affects status, but I think it would be wrong if it did, it is human error, it totally happens & the important thing is just help customer get refund etc. I know customer has to mail item back to you & Posh will pay for the return &

judala23 They will do I think it was called a "case review" you can comment and just say it was error and to please give customer money back etc. Then Posh will likely decide to issue customer return label...cusotmer sends item back to you & I believe Posh gives them their money back as soon as you get item back.
