wendita2 Aloha, the seller blocked me so I can’t answer your questions on the Fake Louis Vuitton listing. First, any new Louis Vuitton will be closer to $2,000 and on up. Even VINTAGE bags in medium condition will be over $500. In good condition $800 tans over. Many will be USED and over $1,200 to over $2,000 depending upon the bag.

wendita2 Further, stitching, zipper pulls, are important. If a listing does not say the specific name of the bag accurately, the specific materials used for example the leather strap should be described, usually for LV it is vachetta leather, and pics should show straps that also have Louis Vuitton markings usually close to where attached to bag

wendita2 Finally for now, anything under $500 is NOT Sent through Poshmark authentication. Any new bag with tags is over $500, if authentic LV, under $500 is a tip off they don’t want bag authenticated. I hope this little bit helps.

felicia_mesner @wendita2 wow!! Thank you SO MUCH for those amazing tips! Yes I knew about some of that already like stitching and date codes etc. Some of those fake products look so real it’s hard to tell. But you’re right, pricing is sometimes a dead give away. I didn’t think about they pricing it under the threshold to avoid authentication. I have a Gucci, a Prada, a Chloe, and a Louis all authentic and bought either straight from the source.
