rubyposh_ Hi! You bought a pair of J.Crew Shoes off me and I made a huge mistake and got your label mixed up with someone else’s! She received your shoes and you probably received her sweater! I’m so embarrassed about this and feel so awful! I fully understand if you need a refund but Poshmark will make that you get a free label to send the sweater to the original buyer and she will recieve a label to send the shoes to you! Just open a case and let Poshmark know you received the wrong item!
