northerncoast @faeriefaline Unfortunately, the tag was detached, the retail packaging was missing and it was badly wrinkled from being balled up in an undersized box. The full refund and condition of the item is a loss for us. There was no way we could incur the further cost of shipping you another new coat at our expense. Thank you.
