Fen!! I made it home and guess what I have boxed up and ready to go?! I need to make sure and do this the right way so I stay on the good side of posh LOL after everything I’ve put you through I would like to resell them to you for the lowest price possible plus shipping but I will let Poshmark know that when I send them to you I intend to put cash back in the box reimbursing you for everything you are out. If that still works for you let me know

Ok, no worries! I have the label and reboxed your jacket! Goes out tomorrow! FYI this must have been delivered to someone as the box was cut open and I’m amazed that I did not get an empty box back! The inner packaging was intact an unopened. After this long wait, I hope you ❤️ the jacket!

@fenconnor Nope. You address on the new label is 1208. I guess I’m not shipping this until your address is updated in your posh account!
Click on your closet name on the bottom right of your phone screen, then the My Addresses tab. Enter your new address then look for a save or apply button on the top right of the screen. If you don’t save it it defaults to former address. Please let me know so I can get a new label and get your jacket on the road to you!

@fenconnor I just downloaded the new label. It still has the incorrect address. Can you try again and once you update be sure to hit save, apply, update etc. Then please log out and go back into it and see if it worked. Thanks!

@fenconnor omg I don’t know what’s going on. I still get 1208. I’m going to log out of posh completely and go back in. Hopefully that will update it. I’m so sorry. I have never seen this before. I’ll be out for a bit so you won’t hear from me for about 2 hrs. I’m not giving up!

Got It!! Finally after 6 emails, I have the correct label! I think they sent me the old one and your new address likely didn’t apply to transactions prior to changing your address! So I think it was a manual fix, but whatever, it’s in the mail today!
