You drop my perfect ratings because a cuff didn't fit that's something I can't controll! And there wasn't a stone missing when I packaged it. And you say nothing about the goodies i threw in for free. The packaging was beaitful. If you are unhappy please return all items. Id much rather give you a refund than take a 3 star rating!

Look at the skull in the pic there are no missing stones! There are black spaces in between the stones! Your rating is completely unfair. And hurtful.

@fern1313 it's the rating. the ratings I have are all 5 stars! I work so hard for it. In your rating comment the size is what you said you were upset about. And that shouldn't affect my perfect rating. I can understand a stone missing..i looked at my pics of skull and couldn't find a missing stone. If you want to return it please let posh now. Thank you.
